Spending time with friends, catching up with family, walking the 'Mr Alfie' in new & interesting places, even though he covered himself in mud... bargain hunting at car booties, having time to 'sit' 'think' & 'breath' & deciding to make changes....Thank you all for you kind words... feeling more like myself, finally..
