Happy New Year to everyone....
As I spent most of it either, in my PJ's, in bed, or lying on the sofa..... I replaced my usual Bailey's & ice, for a hot Lemsip, I couldn't smell or taste anything, & didn't feel hungry either..!!! All that food.... all that running around before Christmas....., no visits either, as I didn't want to give any of my friends or family the 'lurgy...'
Anyway, anyway, anyway..... today in almost a week I felt like doing something, so went for a long walk with Mr Alfie, & he sat at my heels while I made a few bits & bobs....
Hope you all keep well, & here's to a healthy 2010.....

Oh Marion how awful!!! and I can imagine how hard you worked up to Christmas, I'm sorry. I hope you are on the mend and feeling more perky.

Sorry to hear you've been so poorly - what a miserable Christmas you must have had! I know so many people who were ill over the holidays, I think once you stop working everything catches up with you and your body shuts down and you catch everything going! Hope you're feeling better now and Happy New Year!
